Shipping Information
Fitness Geeker packs and ships orders Monday-Friday only. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM (PST) will begin processing on the following Monday. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship. We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation via the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received a verification email, please check your spam folder and add fitness.geeker88@gmail.com to your safe sender list. We ship to all 50 states, however we do not offer shipping for international orders or shipments to international forwarders.

USPS Economy - Flat Rate Shipping Standard delivery applies to the 48 contiguous United States only, and usually arrives within approximately 4-9 business days from the shipped date; excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.
UPS Ground Shipping Standard Ground shipping, arrives within approximately 3-5 business days from the shipped date; excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
UPS Second Day Shipping Second Day delivery applies to the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders placed before 11am (PST) will be shipped the same day (or the following business day if placed on the weekend).
UPS Next Day Shipping Next Day delivery applies to the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders placed before 11am (PST) will arrive the following business day, by end of day (or the following business day if placed on the weekend).
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Only standard delivery is available. Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-13 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. All packages are sent via United States Postal Services. Free ground delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO however, all order ship at a $15 flat rate shipping. Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Fitness Geeker is not responsible for any delays caused by transit or adverse weather conditions beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee applies only to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or returned due to an “undeliverable address”. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
